I am Andrew Hobley and live in Andover in Hampshire, England. At present only two of my interests are on this site, more information may appear as time goes by.
I have a series of illustrated talks on art, archaeology and history of the Roman world. He also is researching the details of two RAF WWII Lancaster bombers purchased by Andover in 1943, and one of which served with 9 Squadron, the other with 156, 44 and 50 Squadrons.
In addition I am working on the "Andover at War" project - a book to be published by the Andover History and Archaeology Society on Andover in World War 2.
